Personal Training is great but it is limited. There are 168 hours in a week. Even if we trained an hour every day (which I don't recommend) but say we did. That is only 7 hours out of 168 in the week. That means I am only influencing your health and fitness for 7 hours a week and you have 168 HOURS LEFT TO YOUR OWN DEVICES. Success in health, fitness, and life is a game of averages. We have to be good more often than we are bad. 80-20 is ideal but hell 51% good and for 49% bad will still get you results. Just really really slowly. The more good, the faster and better the results! Holistic Lifestyle Coaching fills the gaps Training leaves. It comes in and helps you prepared for life and make sure your time is properly prioritized and managed so you keep up with your health and fitness habits while still knocking out life and career critical tasks that must get done well! Life is exhausting.
