About

Harrison grew up in a small farm town in the midwest.  Growing up if he wasn't playing sports he was working construction or farming.  As a multi-sport athlete and a blue collar laborer Harrison learned pretty quickly that HOW YOU MOVE MATTERS!   He developed an admiration for these tough men and women who Build, Maintain, and Protect America.  But he also saw these tough men beaten down by many years of hard labor.  It was an interesting crossroads in his training journey because as an athlete it is all about being the best you can be for a short time but in the blue collar labor it was way more about longevity!  

After a short stint in the Oil Fields of North Dakota HDS was left in a tough spot. After some tough self talks it was decided, he was going to help the hardest people in America move and live as pain free as possible!  In 2014 he moved from the midwest down to Fort Worth TX and has been on a mission to help the toughest, hardest working people in America and around the world move and live as pain free as possible so they can do their jobs, complete their missions, and still have time and energy for the things they love!
